BDE no inicializado

Intento ejecutar mi aplicacion y obtengo el siguiente errror:
An error occurred while attempting to initialize the borland database Engine (error $2A06)
en esta linea de codigo
Check(DbiGetSysConfig(SysConfigInfo));
El bde esta instalado ya que es el ordenador con el cual compilo.
