Ayuda con la codificacion de este html

Hola amigos queria comentarles que me baje el diseño web de un pagina en cual una persona envia su email a mi casilla "supuestamnete", pero no me llegan, y quisiera saber si usted saben donde deberia ir el email mio (osea para que me lleguen sus correos a mi cuenta) en esta codificacion para colocarlo.

Hola, desconozco como funciona la página a la que le estas enviando datos, te paso otro formulario que a mi me funciona muy bien, el servidor debe poder manejar php y envio de mail

Este es el formulario, pdes modificar los campos q se envian
