Java - ftp dejo de funcionar

hice un programa para descargar archivos de un servidor ftp, funcionaba bien hasta aller, ahora dejo de funcionar y marca estos errores

la linea que marca es esta

for (String name : names) <------- esta es

}

pareceria que de pronto no pudo obtener la lista de archivos pero tal vez se trate de otro problema.
ahora no me permite descargar ningun archivo.

alguien que me pueda ayudar o darme una pista para determinar donde esta el problema?
