Problemas con Import Oracle Ver. 10

He venido trabajando con una base de datos en Oracle 10g los import me estaban funcionando correctamente, pero me salio el siguiente mensaje de error
Connected to: Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production
With the Partitioning, OLAP and Data Mining options
Export done in WE8ISO8859P1 character set and AL16UTF16 NCHAR character set
EXP-00002: error in writing to export file
EXP-00000: Export terminated unsuccessfully
he estado investigando pero no logro dar con el problema
Alguno de ustedes me podrian dar una idea o solucion para esto
