SQL Server - error al instalar Microsoft SQL Native Client

Hola a todos, estoy tratando de instalar un software que trae consigo el Microsoft SQL Native Client, el cual instala durante su misma configuracion. Resulta que me manda un error, les anexo el log por si alguien puede ayudarme. Mi sistema operativo es XP SP3.
