Problema con Tag Creator ID installShield al realizar instalador

Hola amigos, estoy creando un instalador con InstallSHield para una aplicacion en VB.NET y no me deja crearlo cuando hace solo un par de semanas podia hacerlo perfectamente y no se por que! me dan estos dos errores pero no se que tengo que hacer para solucionarlo! me urge resolverlo por que tengo que entregar un proyecto y no dispongo de muchos dias! Podrian ayudarme? Muchas gracias!
