in dbfast20-02 come possibile ritornare alla notazione inglese dei numeri.
PICTURE , SAY ETC. ECT.

i would like to know if there is a possibility , with dbfast20-d02 to return to use PICTURE IN gets AND say for numbers , in english way ( dot as separation for decimals)

Me a while ago that tries to prove it, but at the end leaves it for impossible.

I suppose that the solution would be for some external software that carries out the simulation of the English punctuation.

as you well Know the D.o2 version has many features more than the C version
the has the english notation .I made a program for sending Customs (aduana) declaration by Internet , and datas are received in english notation , but my problem is with the printer ( now , italian Custims need numbers in english)
do you know who made or arranged ,or modifyied the D.02 version , and in affermative in which way is possible to contact ?
( i wrote STUDENTE , but I am 50 years old.)
