Problemas con Simulink

HOLA A TODOS, TENGO UN PROBLEMA CON SIMULINK, CUANDO LO QUIERO ABRIR DESDE EL ICONO DENTRO DE MATLAB ME SALE EL SIGUIENTE ERROR:
License Manager Error -5.
Cannot find a license for SIMULINK.
Make sure your license file is correct.
No such feature exists
