AS/400 - Impresión en XEROX Laser desde AS/400

Buenas a todos, por favor si pudieran ayudarme a recibir información sobre un problema que tengo actualemente, al momento de generar mis reportes en el AS/400 y luego enviarlso a la impresora laser (XEROX o HP), me esta omitiendo las ultimas columnas, ya probé comprimiendo lo maximo el tamaño de la letra pero no me ha servidor de nada, ahora alguna vez tuve una experienza parecida en la que se creaba un achivo fuente dentro del AS/400 y se relacionaba con el modelo y un objeto de personalización desde el client acces al momento de configurar la impresora, lo que necesito es el contenido de ese archivo de personalización por favor si alguipen me podría colaborar que es muy importante contar con esto ya que me a truncado muchas impresiones y son de ambito legal.

Actualmente tengo el mismo problema con una impresora Xerox Workcenter 4150 y tengo el mismo problema con impresiones mayores de 132 caracteres, las cuales son truncadas. Quiza el documento el siguiente documento te pueda dar una ayuda:
AS400 printing to WCP2128 & Alchemy with Auditron.

Printing from an AS400 to a Xerox Workcentre Pro with Auditron enabled requires an account code. The following instructions show how to embed the account code into the datastream by using the Work Station Customization Table.


1) Retrieve the customized workstation object for the *HP5si. From a command line type in: RTVWSCST and then hit the F-4 key. Enter the parameter: *transform in the space provided.


Then hit the F-9 key to bring up additional parameters. Fill in the Manufacturer type and model parameter with: *HP5si. Then fill in the source member parameter with what you wish your customized workstation source name to be, example: xerox230


Now hit the enter key. If you were successful you should receive the message: ‘member xerox230 added to file qtxtsrc in qgpl’

2) Next you want to edit the source member that you just created. From a command line type: STRSEU and press the enter key. Locate the source member you just created and place a 2 beside it under the opt(options) column to edit the source and press the enter key.

The parameter that needs to be changed is the INITPRT tag. Scroll through the object until you see the screen that looks this:

3) The next step is to create the customized workstation object using the source member we just modified.
From a command line type in: CRTWSCST and press the F-4 key. Fill in the Workstation Customizing object parameter with the name you wish to call your Workstation Customizing object with. Ex:XEROX230st. Then fill in the library parameter with: QGPL. Last you need to fill in the source member parameter with the name you specified in step1. Then press the enter key. You should receive the message: Customization object xerox230st successfully created.


4) The last thing that needs to be done in order to complete the process is to specify the Workstation Customizable Object in the remote outq that is used to print to the Xerox Document Centre product.
(In this example we are going to use an outq named: LABPRT)
From a command line enter the following command: ENDWTR (outqname) *immed

Then next step is to change the outq description by entering the following: CHGOUTQ (outqname) and hitting F-4




Next hit the F-9 key to bring up all additional parameters. Then use the page down key to roll to the next page. Fill in the parameter Workstation Customizing Object with the name and library used in step 3 .
