Could not load file or assembly 'ReporteInjertos'

Desarrolle una aplicación que genera un reporte en DataGrid, la cual no marca ningun error pero al subirla a los servidores en donde va ser accesados en ocasiones falla uno. Son 3 servidores web en donde puede ser vista y todos los archivos estan en un servidor llamado cicfiles1 de donde son accesados.
Al subirla funciona en los 3 servidores pero despues de algun tiempo algun servidor falla pero la aplicación sigue corriendo en los otros 2 y me aparece este error

si reinicio el servicio del IIS funciona de nuevo y despues de algun tiempo vuelve a fallar otro servidor mientras los otros 2 siguen funcionando, alguien que me pueda ayudar????
