QUIERO APLICAR LA ACCION .AllowAdditions
A UN SUB_FORMULARIO1, DESDE UN BOTON DEL FORMULARIO1, ES ESTO POSIBLE?
CUAL SERIA LA FORMA CORRECTA DE HACERLO?
YO ESTOY TRATANDO DE ESTA FORME Y NO PUEDO
QUE DEBO HACER

Tal como lo escribes, hay error de sisntaxis tendria que ser:
Forms![formulario1]![sub_formulario1].Form.AllowAdditions = True
No hara falta pero mira que concuerde la propiedad DataEntry =False/True
