Access - UrgE SABER COMO BLOQUER LA BOLITA DEL MOUSE

Hola :
Necesito saber komo poder bloquear la bolita del mouse porque en los formularios se mueven los registros. Hace tiempo me encontre con un codigo para esto pero nunca me funciono.

Si alguien tiene esto favor de mandarme un ejemplo a mi correo Gracias

a mi me paso esto y al abrir el formulario le puse este procedimiento de evento que copie de no se donde y a mi me funciona mira a ver si te vale.
