error al iniciar

Al iniciar el ordenador me aparece el siguiente mensaje de error:
WARNING: SPD not found at DIMM(s) 3
Es un Pentium II MMX a 400 MHz, 128 Mb SDRAM,Award Modular BIOS v4.51PG,Windows ME.
