Cannot find entry point 'GenOleDBService' in DLL C

cuando agrego el template y entro en el tab database el boton Call Connection Builder da el siguiente mensaje:
Cannot find entry point 'GenOleDBService' in DLL C55tpls.dll
Como podria solucionar eso?
