Ojala que te pueda ayudar en algo, uso para compilar mis aplicaciones en clipper 5.2e los siguiente archivos. compi.bat, enlace.lnk, default.lnk.
El archivo COMPI.BAT me sirve para identificar los programas que componen mi aplicacion, el archivo ENLACE.LNK me sirve para compilar y agregrar las librerias que utiliza mi sistema, y el DEFAULT.LNK me permite configurar las propiedades de BLINKER 7, esto lo encontre aqui en el foro y me ha funcionado perfecto, espero que te sirva en tu proyecto.
