¿Esta bien instalar windows de nuevo con el error 0xc000000e?

Hola, una amiga mia tiene una laptop de la cual dice que formatearon y que esta inutilizable, me cuenta que se la regalaron pero tenia contraseña, sin saber como acceder decidieron formatearla, actualmente al encenderla presenta este error:

2. Choose your language settings, and then click "Next."
3. Click "Repair your computer."
