PROBLEMA CON REPORTE!!!!

tengo 2 tablas :SueldoCristal y SueldoVale y ambas estan en el reporte... pero cuando trato de generar me produce el error:

Warning: Fields in the report from the file "SueldoCristal" cannot be Linked.
si alguien me puede ayudar le agradeceria enormemente... tb si alguien necesita la base de datos y el informe ke toy usando para ke me ayude, escribame a mi mail y se lo envio, para ke me de una solucion mas rapida...
