Delphi - S.O.S. Ayuda para ejecutar comando de MS-Dos

El codigo que te voy a mandar esta probado con el comando chkdsk de MS-Dos pero al intentar probarlo con netstat no funciona, me gustaria que me dieran una respuesta para que si funcione
