Dev - C++ - Ayuda en C++

Hola es que este ejercicio no me sale y necesitaba ayuda ya que estoy aprendiendo esto por mi cuenta ya que me compre un librito de C++ y quiero aun que sea ver el ejercicio. Gracias

Write a program that will search a file of number of type int and write the largest and the smallest numbers to the screen. The file contains nothing but numbers of type int separated by blanks or lines breaks.
