Developer - How can I change the default H1 Tags in Emporio theme?

I just tried the emporio theme on my blogger but discovered that the default h tag for post title is h3 while the blog name is H1.

I would prefer to have my post titles as H1 while the H2 goes to the blog name. Is there anyone that could help on this issue?
