Eclipse - Eclipse import project automatly

Hi, I am programming a plugins in my company for eclipse. I try to code a plugin. This plugin read a specific files and show a form-dialog. The user put a values and later it does a 'git clone' in the worspace. It is good.

Now, I would like that the tree workspace will include this git repository automatly. I know that you can import by menu tools but I try to do by code line, I use java. I need help because I was a lot of time with this cause.

I use any library like cdt but not working for me or I don´t know like use it.
