Excel - tecnico en computacion

Tengo este texto para visual basic lo e intentado modificar pero el problema que tengo es que no puedo cambiar los centavos que pone a 00/100 USD y atodo esta en ingles pero aun no puedo se los agradeceria que pudieran ayudarme

Puedo ver que con ese código los centavos salen bien por ejemplo para 300,21

Que cambio es el que necesitas.
