FoxPro/Visual FoxPro - Error instalacion VFP9

Hola.

Luego de instalar con exito los prerequisitos:
Intentando instalar VFP9 en mi W2k3 Standard SP1 me sale el siguiente
mensaje de error:

The Windows Installer package:
z:\vs_setup.msi
could not be opened.

Setup will not continue.
This is a default response to an error.
If you see this please save your log files and RAID a bug.
Thanks!

Luego de cerrar el cuadro de dialogo, sale otro mensaje:

"Failed to populate selection tree. Please see the ReadMe at the root of the CD or installation source for detailed information"

Y luego de cerrar este cuadro de dialogo sale la ventana: Visual FoxPro Maintenance, como si VFP9 estuviera ya instalado. Por supuesto, al hacer click sobre una de las opciones no funcionan..

Problema similar sucede si copio el CD en el disco duro he intento hacer la instalación.
