GeneXus - error: GeneXus Account (12): "VD already exists: User is not the owner of application"

Hola estoy teniendo un problema con genexus 15 trial se me caduco mi version de prueba con un mi cuenta hice otra y ahora cuando intento cargar mi KB me sale esto:
error: GeneXus Account (12): "VD already exists: User is not the owner of application".
Alguna idea?

Hola, alguno lo pudo resolver? El mensaje dice lo siguiente:

VD already exists: User is not the owner of application

A same virtual directory name has already been used for another user. Please create a new knowledbase to get a new virtual directory name for your app.
