Matlab - Error matlab 2012a

Hola, cuando esta instalando llega al 61% de la carga y me sale el siguiente error The following error was detected while installing SimElectronics: invalid entry size (expected 3394 but got 3395 bytes) Would you like to retry installing SimElectronics?
