Matlab - Matlab - Rutinas de detección de picos

Hola muy buenas. Estoy buscando rutinas para la detección de picos en espectros de frecuencias. No encuentro nada de nada, así que si no están escritas en lenguaje Matlab tampoco pasa nada: C, C++, Java...Muchas gracias!!
