Microsoft Exchange - Urgente Migracion del 5.5 a 2000

Como migro los correos de un servidor exchange 5.5 a uno nuevo con exchange2000.
Los dos servidores estan en win2000 y los usuarios ya estan creados en el servidor que tiene exchange2000.
