Error al instalar Exchange 2003

Al querer instalar Microsoft Exchange Messaging and Collaboration Services me aparece el siguiente mensaje:
The component "Microsoft Exchange Messaging and Collaboration System" cannot be assigned the action "Install" because:
- A server object for this server("server-name") already exists in the Administrative Group "First Administrative Group". If you attempting to recover this server please run setup with the "Disaster Recovery" switch otherwise you must first remove this server object from the Active Directory by using the Exchange System Manager"
