This error is ORA-00443: background process "MMAN"

Hi!
I've tried created database in Oracle (server with SUSE) using dbca (database configuration assistant), but when the step 12 of 12 finish and start "Copying Database Files" an error mesage appear. This error is ORA-00443: background process "MMAN" did not start. I've tried increase and decrease SGA memory acording other forums, but the results is the same, the memory SWAP is correct.
Please, Any idea?
