Oracle - error al arrancar oms

Cuando en un W2000 arranca automaticamente el servicio de OMS da un error. Tengo un sistema cluster y la oracle 8.1.7. este es el

En tu archivo sqlnet.ora configura este parametro:

sqlnet.authentication_services=(NONE)
