Instalación errónea de Oracle

Instalé Oracle en mi Laptop.
Me marca error. Ya intenté todo lo que encontré en la web.
SQL Developer dice:
Estado: Fallo:Fallo de la prueba: Listener refused the connection with the following error:
ORA-12505, TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor
Toad dice:
No valid Oracle clients found.
You need at least one 32-bit client properly configured.
El archivo tnsnames.ora contiene
Agregué la variable ORACLE SID.
Me pueden ayudar?
