IMPDP Y EXPDP fallidos

Hola.
Hace tiempo que tengo problemas con la ejecuciòn de respaldos.
Finalmente, opté por la alternativa de utilizar impdp y expdp. Tengo oracle 10 sobre Suse 9.3.
En este momento quiero hacer un expdp de una base para pasar los datos a otra por medio del impdp.
En la Base de Datos origen, no tengo problemas para realizar el expdp. Sin embargo, cuando intento hacer el impodp con la Base destino, no funciona y saltan los siguientes errores.
