Oracle - ERROR PDE-PLI011 !!!Ayudenme ..!!

Que tal amigos ...
No puedo abrir un form y se presenta el siguiente error .. :
estoy usando el developer 6i
Al intentar abrir el formulario me sale lo siguiente

"PDE-PLI011 Falta una tabla de esquema común de herramientas de Object Store."

He intentado abrir un formulario ..pero me sale ese mensaje,
ya no se que hacer ...
espero me ayuden .. para poder recuperar el archivo FMB
Como puedo recuperarlo..., gracias por la ayuda ...

Solution Abstract:
==================

Log in SQL*Plus as SYSTEM and run DEBILD.SQL and DEGRNT.SQL. Before doing this,
check the existence of DE objects in the database by type the following as
SYSTEM in SQL*Plus:

select owner,object_name,object_type from sys.dba_objects
where object_name like 'DE_%';


Solution Explanation:
=====================

DEBILD.SQL and DEGRNT.SQL are in %ORACLE_HOME%\dbs (Windows) or
$ORACLE_HOME/guicommon/de/admin/sql (Unix).

2.) Error on opening a form in Builder

SOLUTION
========

An FMB file used as a reference form had its extension changed from .FMB to
.PLL. Changing the file extension back to .FMB corrected the problem.

or

Form Source File FMB has reduced in Size
cause: Unknown Corruption in Form.

fix:
Revert to a back up of the form

3.) Reasions for this problem

A) FTP of FMB/MMB/PLL was done in ASCII mode, and should have been done in
BINARY mode
2) The FTP did not complete, and the FMB/MMB/PLL was only partially transferred
(To check, compare the byte sizes of the files on win32 against Unix.
If these are the same and the problem persists, a checksum
(crc32/MD5/SHA etc) of the file on the 2 systems can be generated on the OS,
and be compared to see if the files are truly identical.

Hola a mi me ocurrio algo similar, estaba compilando cuando se corto la energia electrica y la ups, no funciono.... luego intente abrir de distintas maneras el form y no lo logre, al final tuve que recuperar una version anterior..... Lo lamento.

a mi de ni una forma funciona, incluso, se bajo un backup de hace 2 meses atras y tambien manda el mismo error.
yo corri el script

select owner,object_name,object_type from sys.dba_objects where object_name
like 'DE_%' order by 2

pero no me dice nada, solo se reflejan unos objetos.

tambien me paso con otra pantalla, pero sale este error FRM-10043

a la orden si tienes alguna solucion a este problema.

donde puedo encontrar estos procesos

DEBILD.SQL and DEGRNT.SQL

me supongo que estos procesos estan almacenados en la en servidor de la base de datos.

De igual manera me pasa a mi.
Y necesito revivir esa pantalla, ya que la tengo que actualizar y no tengo forma.
Busque una que tenia de backup y pasa lo mismo.
He buscado en internet y no dan solucion.
