Sale este mensage en formulario?

Mensaje que sale al cuadro de texto, de una pagina (.phtml), con una funcion en php.
Tengo la mismo proyecto en un ubuntu amb apcache, mysql, php, etc y todo ok, i en windows con AppServ version 2.6.0 sale el siguiente mensaje, en la casilla donde ay la funcion en php.

Alguna idea e mirado la configuracion del php y del apache y la veo todo correcto.
