SAP/R3 4.6b Consultant – Analyst (Germany, Spain)
Role:
Coordinating ticket/ case execution and enhancements.
Driving case closure with company’s offshore partner.
Responsible for the execution of small projects/ enhancements.
Case escalation and communication to employees.
Weekly management report of open cases and resolution suggestions.
Skills:
Broad knowledge of SAP/ R3 4.6b (Generalist) and its OSS/ Support processes.
Experience in people management.
Good communication skills.
Strong execution fucus.
Fluent English and German.
Good command of Spanish.
Relocation disponibility (Germany, Spain).
