Eliminacion Usuarios

Buenas
Tengo un problema al momento que intento eliminar usuarios de una base de datos en SQL 2005. me presenta el siguiente mensaje:
Drop faile for User 'Jhoxan' (Microsoft.SqlServer.Smo)
Additiional information
An exception ocurred while executing a Transact-SQL statement or bacht.
(Microsoft.SqlServer.ConnectionInfo)
The user owns objects in the database and cannot dropped.
The user has granted or revoked privileges to the following in the database and cannot be dropped. (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 15183)
Le borre las vistas que tenia creadas ese usuario y no me deja. Lo intente con el usuario sa y tampoco me deja.
Favor podrian ayudarme....!!!!!
