SQL Server - Error en la instalación de 2005

Hola
en una máquina tengo instalado el sql2000 y voy a instalar el sql2005 en otro instancia. El proceso va normal pero al copiar los componentes da error. En los ficheros log aparecen los siguientes mensajes:

¿Alguna idea de qué se debe?

¿Ya revisate los REQUISITOS de instalacion?

Por lo que veo, necesitas tener el FRAMEWORK

El framework está instalado, lo instala al principio.
Luego cuando está instalando la aplicación da eso.
Lo he reintentado varias veces. En todas, como ya detecta que todo eso (tambien el sql client native) está instalado ya va directamente a los ficheros y falla.

¿Ya intentaste DES-INSTALAR todo y volver desde el inicio?
