SQL Server - Ing.

Tengo un dominio particular y subi a mi dominio una aplicacion ASP.NET que consulta una base de datos, la aplicacion corre bien en Visual Studio 2008 y en el IIS en Windows XP.
El problema es que cuando quiero entrar como lo haria cualquier usuario remoto que acceda a mi portal de internet no puedo consultar los datos de la base de datos, pueden entrar aqui para ver lo que muestra: http://www.comerciantesdehidalgo.com/clasificado/Default.aspx (tarda como 35 segundos para mostrar el error)

La carpeta en mi dominio esta bien configurada para ejecutar controles .NET aqui ejemplo de que los controles si funcionan bien: http://www.comerciantesdehidalgo.com/clasificado/saludo.aspx

Se supone que la pagina Default.aspx deve mostrar los datos que estan en la base de datos "clasificado.mdf" pero no muestra nada solo el error.

Se puede que mi base de datos este guardada en mi dominio y pueda conectarme a ella????
