Como usar OpenXML ???

Hola necesito saber como poder extraer informacion de un campo llamado TelefonosXML y contiene lo siguiente:
<Tels xmlns="gc"><Tel d2p1:ClaveTel="0" d2p1:NoTel="324234" xmlns:d2p1="gc" xmlns="" /><Tel d2p1:ClaveTel="2" d2p1:NoTel="43345345" xmlns:d2p1="gc" xmlns="" /><Tel d2p1:ClaveTel="1" d2p1:NoTel="421561112" xmlns:d2p1="gc" xmlns="" /></Tels>
mi problema es el namespace llamado gc
