Tomcat - Tomcat se apago inesperadamente

Buenas noches

Soy nueva en todo esto. He instalado para trabajar con bases de datos xampp para desde ahi poder utilizar Tomcat .
Cuando inicio Tomcat, se pone en funcionamiento, pero enseguida me aparece el siguiente mensaje

Utilizo:
jdk java version "12.0.2" 2019-07-16
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 12.0.2+10)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 12.0.2+10, mixed mode, sharing)

Version de jdk que utilizo en otros programas con los que trabajo.

Si alguien puede ayudarme se lo agradecería. Pues he probado cosas y ya no se me ocurre ninguna más.
