Virus/Antivirus - Ayuda, dejo el Log de mi Antivirus AVP.

Hola !, tengo win 98 SE con el Antivirus gratuito "AVP" (su última versión y todo actualizado). El tema es que me detecta siempre lo siguiente: "This archive (pone su nombre) contains one or more infected files!. Infected files in archives not be deleted or repaired!. Woluld you like receive this message for each archive vith infected files?".

Y siempre lo mismo, detecta pero no repara ni elimina, otros los eliminé, pero aún sigo pensando que están en mi pc ya que ésta anda lenta y mal. Es una Athlon XP 2600 Barton.
También tengo el "Ad-Aware" y el "Scan Spyware", pero aún tengo el mismo problema.
