Virus/Antivirus - urgente: no me abre ningun programa!!!

Hola a todos necesito ayuda urgente, cayo un virus en mi maquina y segun symantec ya lo elimino de mi ordenador pero quedo un gravisimo error, no funciona ningun programa, no puedo restaurar tampoco el sistema ya que no abre el centro de ayuda y siempre me indica que falta el archivo .exe no se abre nada absolutamente no se abre el regedit aun pára eliminar los registros que creo el virus, ni tampoco puedo abrir el notepad o algun editor de texto para reparar el registro alguien puede decirme que hacer el asunto es que ningun ejecutable sirve ya que parece que el virus bloqueo todos los archivos .exe, les ruego alguien pueda ayudarme

Hola, no se si he llegado a tiempo antes de que formatees tu pc.
Si no puedes hacer funcionar ningún ejecutable, lo mas seguro es que tampoco puedas echar a andar el regedit.exe.
Procede asi.
Busca la manera de abrir el notepad (fue uno de los que me funcionó al menos) y copia el siguiente codigo:

Ahora guardalo en c: con este nombre exefix.reg, asegurate que el tipo de archivo en notepad cuando lo estes guardando no sea documentos de texto si no Todos los archivos.

Siguiente paso, reinicias el pc, pulsas F8 y escoges modo seguro solo simbolo del sistema

cuando estés en el simbolo del sistema vas al sitio donde guardaste el archivo exefix.reg y escribes regedit exefix.reg, es decir, regedit seguido de un espacio y el nombre del archivo. Te pedirá confirmación, le das que si y reinicias el sistema. Listo deberia funcionar de nuevo. No olvides tratar de revisar o restaurar el sistema a un dia anterior o algo asi.
