Hola a Todos

Estoy luchando hace 2 semanas leyendo, preguntas y respuestas y no encuentro la forma de solucionarlo.
Como se darán cuenta soy principiante, pero bueno me la rebusque para hacer un programita de presupuestación y ahora estoy trabado en una tonteria.

Necesito usar un userform con un commondialogbox.
Lo agrego a los contoles adicionales pero me dice que es "imposible utilizar el control sin la licencia adecuada"
Intente activar la dll mediante EJECUTAR: regsvr32 windowssystem32COMDLG32.DLL
y me sale un cartel "SE DESCARGO LA DLL PERO NO ENCONTRO EL PUNTO DE ENTRADA" "NO SE PUEDE REGISTRAR ESTE ARCHIVO"

Cuando hago lo mismo con el archivo COMDLG32.OCX me sale "QUE EL REGISTRO SE HA REALIZADO CON EXITO"

Como soy principante no entiendo las diferencias de estos dos tipos de archivo.....en fin la pregunta es QUE YA NO SE QUE HACER.....
Estoy utilizando excel 2000....

Esto de las API es un mundo nuevo.....no me funciono la que me mandaste....pero a partir de la tuya me di cuenta que se podia precindir de insertar en un form el commondialogbox.
Ya encontre una que si
