BAT y LNK con varios PRG

Tengo varios prgs y los compilo.
Se genera el exe y sale la ventana con el menu principal, llama a los demas prg.
Pero si defino color o formato fecha aparece error, yo uso este bat y el lnk que esta abajo.
QUE ES LO QUE ESTA MAL?????????
