Olá! Venho tendo o mesmo problema ao impactar uma base de dados no Genexus 9. Segue abaixo a mensagem que recebo:

hola, se que un poco tarde, pero para otros que caigan en este mismo vinculo.

les falta incluir en el classpath de las propiedades del modelo los jar siguientes

jtds-1.2.2.jar
mysql-connector-java-5.1.5-bin.jar;

dependiendo del tipo de db que usen:

File->Edit Model->Execution->Classpath

alli adicionen los jar correspondientes
