Microsoft Exchange - Exmerge Error

Buenas a todos, tengo un problema con el exmerge,
Tengo un servidor exchange 2003 y a la hora de extraer los correos a pst todos estan con 32kb y me genera el siguiente archivo log. agradecere bastante si alguien me puede ayudar, el usuario tiene todos los permisos necesarios talvez este obviando alguno gracias

cuando ejecuto Exmerge me sale el siguiente error:

QUe puedo hacer porque antes me funcionaba perfectamente y ahora trato de recuperar algunos buzones con otras copias de seguridad y no me da y vuelvo a las que anteriormente me funcionaban y tampoco... AYUDA
