no me sirven los servidiores

buenas tardes...
estoy trabajando con weblogic y no me sirven los servidores.
que puede ser, y como arreglarlo?
ESTE ES EL ERROR QUE ME SALE EN LOS SERVIDORES
Symtom{STORE_ERROR,HIGH,storeEJB@SHDJMS_SERVER_01,weblogic.store.io.jdbc.JDBCStoreException: [Store:280065][Store:280068]JDBC store failed to initialize.
