Problemas para iniciar .war en tomcat

Hola, soy nuevo aca, tengo problemas para iniciar un war en tomcat 6, el error que me sale es este:

FAIL - Application at context path /Inventario could not be started

lei por ahi que puede ser problemas con el web.xml, pero no puedo dar con cual pueda ser el problema, esto seria mi web.xml:
