Hey guys

I'm trying to make a macro, I have a form to complete like name. .. work etc.. and a check list.. this data will be put it in an excel table.... but I wish .. that for each checkbox the macro create a new row but with the same information of the form you know like name code blabalballala .. here is my code if someone can help me that will be really nice
