Visual Basic - Ayuda cear acceso directo durante instalación

HOLA A TODOS, NECESITO QUE ALGUIEN ME DIGA !!! SI SE PUEDE !!!, COMO HE DE HACER PARA CEAR UN ACCESO DIRECTO EN EL ESCRITORIO DURANTE LA INSTALACION DE UNA APLICACION.-

Lo puedes hacer en un ejecutable post instalación. Fijate con esto:
